1. Scope

By using the app, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Service description

The app offers:

• Recipe generation based on selectable ingredients
• Quantity adjustment for 1–10 people
• Step-by-step cooking instructions
• Saving favorites (Premium)
• Shopping lists (Premium)

3. Subscription models

Prices incl. VAT. Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance.

4. Registration & account

• An account is required for Premium features
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of their information
• Login credentials must be kept confidential
• Only one account per person is allowed

5. Payment & cancellation

5.1 Payment

• Payment is processed via Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay
• The subscription renews automatically

5.2 Cancellation

• Monthly subscription: cancellable at any time at the end of the month
• Annual subscription: cancellable at any time at the end of the term
• Cancellation via app settings or by email to info@easypastadishes.app
• Already paid periods are not refunded pro-rata

6. Usage rights & restrictions

The user may:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Save and share recipes for personal use

The user may not:

• Copy, modify or resell the app or parts thereof
• Perform automated access (bots, scraping)
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Reuse recipes commercially without permission

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Recipe notice

• Recipes serve as inspiration and guidance
• We assume no liability for intolerances, allergies or health consequences
• The user is responsible for checking ingredient lists for allergens

7.2 Availability

• We strive for 99.5% availability but do not guarantee it
• Maintenance work is announced in advance when possible

7.3 Limitation of liability

• Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the paid subscription

8. Intellectual property

• All content of the app (texts, images, logo, code) is copyright-protected
• The «Easy Pasta Dishes» logo and favicon are protected trademarks
• Use only with written permission

9. User contributions

If users submit their own recipes or reviews:

• The user grants Easy Pasta Dishes a non-exclusive, worldwide right of use
• The user warrants that they have the necessary rights
• Inappropriate content may be removed without prior notice

10. Blocking & termination by operator

We reserve the right to block or delete user accounts in case of:

• Violation of these terms
• Abuse of the app
• Fraudulent behavior
• Payment default

11. Changes to the terms

• Changes are communicated at least 30 days before taking effect
• Material changes grant a special right of cancellation
• Continued use after taking effect constitutes consent

12. Applicable law & jurisdiction

13. Severability clause

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
